Sponsor for Initiation or Adult Confirmation
Christian Initiation is the process by
which adults become sacramental members of the Catholic Church. A
sponsor serves as a companion, friend, guide, coach and supporter for the
person seeking full membership in the Catholic faith community. Teaching
not required, only the willingness to share faith and time. Commitment
expected: Wednesday evenings from 7:00-9:00 throughout the process and
attendance with the catechumen/candidate at liturgies.

Landings Companions
The parish sponsors a process several
times per year for Catholics returning to the Church after a period of
absence. Needed are men and women to help welcome them back.
Qualifications: a spirit of hospitality and a willingness to listen to
the stories of the journey away and back home. Commitment: one night
a week for six to eight weeks a year.

Adult Formation Committee
Meet on a quarterly basis to plan and
implement a variety of offerings for the parish adults. Commitment
expected: four meetings per year.
