Christian Formation Registration 2022-23

- Please note when registering for Christian Formation if you are interested in
  First Sacraments and Confirmation:
  
  If your child will be receiving First Sacraments or Confirmation, your child/teen must be registered for BOTH Sunday Christian Formation classes and the sacramental preparation program.
  
  Christian Formation and sacramental preparation for First Sacraments and Confirmation are separate programs with their own registrations and fees.
  
  Sacrament Registration takes place at the parent orientation. If you would like your child or teen to receive sacraments, please sign up for a session below:
  
  Confirmation Orientation Sessions
  
  September 25th from 1:15-2:15 p.m. in Room 147 following the Parish Ice Cream Social
  Register for a Confirmation orientation session
  
  First Sacraments (First Reconciliation and First Communion) Orientation Sessions:
  
  Sunday, October 16th in the atrium following the 11:00 a.m. Mass.
- The maximum number of form submissions has been reached. This form is currently not available.
  
  Christian Formation is offered for grades K-12. The school year begins Sunday, September 18, 2022.
  
  For children who will be preparing for First Sacraments, please attend the parent orientation on Sunday, October 2nd or 9th while your child is attending their regular Christian Formation class. You will register your child for First Reconciliation and First Communion at that time. To sign up for an orienation session, click HERE.
